Team Chicago Membership
As we approach the next North American Continental Outgames in Vancouver, Asian Pacific Continental Outgames in Wellington, New Zeland both in 2011 and Gay Games IX in 2014, more and more things will be happening in Chicago's sports and cultural communities. Individual and groups of athletes will begin to form their training schedules in their attempts to reach their personal best! A key benefit of being a member of Team Chicago is the ability to join a network of athletes from the Chicago region and to receive regular updates relating to the various sports team and our members.
Join Team Chicago to support participation at two upcoming international LGBT sports and cultural competitions: Gay Games IX in 2014 in Cleveland, Ohio, USA and the World OutGames 2013 in Antwarp, Belgium (August 3-11, 2013).
In addition, Team Chicago will be working to send delegations to national and continetal LGBT sporting competitions on an annual basis in between the quadrenneial Games Such as:
Sin City Shootout (Multi-Sport: Basketball, Physique, Softball, Tennis, Wrestling) 2012, January 13-15, 2012 in Las Vegas, NV
NAGVA (North American Gay Volleyball Association - Annual Championships), 2012, May 24-27 in Las Vegas, NV, USA
IGBO (International Gay Bowling Organization - Annual Tournament) 2012, May 23-28 New York/New Jersey, USA
NAGAA (Gay softball World Series) - 2012, August 13-18 in Twin Cities, MN USA (St. Paul/Minneopolis)
IGBO (International Gay Bowling Organization - Annual Tournament) 2013, May 22-27 Tampa, FL USA

Organizational Membership
Your organization's membership in Team Chicago will help to promote training for and participation in the Gay Games among your members. Organizational memberships are open to multi-sport, single sport, and cultural organizations. To acknowledge the importance of our organizational members, when an individual becomes a Team Chicago member, Team Chicago donates 10% of the membership fee to the organizational member listed on the member's application form.
Team Chicago also allows each organizational member to designate one representative for a no-cost Team Chicago membership. Team Chicago offers space in its newsletters to other groups and is open to other opportunities for mutual promotion and support.
